Vegas Strip Blackjack is not the trickiest game in the world but there are five golden rules you must always remember in order to successfully win when playing Vegas Strip Blackjack.
- The dealer will always check his own hand for a 21 first. They will stick on 17.
- If the dealer is showing an Ace, you can buy insurances for your hand. However, if you split your hand, then the insurance is lost.
- If you split your ace and get a ten, then you will be rewarded with ‘21’, not ‘Blackjack’. The dealer can still beat you with a Blackjack.
- You can split any cards with a value of 10 regardless of the face card. For example, a king and a jack can be split if you want.
- If you split your aces, you will only receive one card and thus be forced to stick to that card, even if it’s another Ace or a low value card like a two.
